This way we create a uniting feeling of equality in the creator space.
We still avoid using stock footage and stick to realistic images of creators.
When using a b/w image we lower the saturation to 0 and increase the contrast, highlights, and shadows by a bit.
Afterward, we can adjust the opacity of a layer on top of either black or white. This way we modify the overall dark and lightness of the image to ensure enough contrast to other UI elements such as additional text or buttons.
